Risus Sardonicus

Risus sardonicus is the name given to a muscle spasm that makes corpses look like they’re smiling. It can be caused by poisoning or tetanus.

This looks like it’s a photo of an ecstatic woman, but it isn’t. It’s just a dead person who was lying in the grass.
